Good Night’s Sleep Challenge

A Good Night’s Sleep is an inspiring 6-week, online sleep challenge that encourages participants to get at least 7 hours of sleep each night.

Each day you’ll practice 5 crucial sleep habits like setting a regular bed/wake up time, turning off devices an hour before bed and avoiding caffeine in the evening, while earning points along the way. The more habits you master, the more points you’ll score and the more refreshed you’ll feel in the morning!

Individual prizes (weighted blanket, pillow, aromatherapy, sleep mask, sound machine) will be raffled off each week for everyone who logs at least 334 points weekly.

A Good Night’s Sleep starts February 3 and ends March 13.
